Cum tranzactionam certificate de emisii CO2 (EUA si CER):
Pasul 1. Inregistrati-va ca membru afiliat al BRM
Se semneaza contractul de membru afiliat al BRM CONTRACT MA CU PLATA 2017 -BRM.doc in 2 exemplare originale si se trimite la BRM impreuna cu dosarul de inregistrare care contine si urmatoarele documente (care pot fi trimise electronic):
- certificat constatator al firmei
- certificat de inregistrare fiscala
- certificat de inregistrare in scopuri de plati TVA
- dovada existentei unui de cont in registrul European pentru tranzactii certificate de emisii Co2
- ultimul bilant contabil depus
- descrierea activitatii sau siteul de web al firmei
Pasul 2: Introduceti un ordin initiator model OI Certificate EUA -clienti.docx sau raspundeti cu un ordin de sens contrar unui ordin existent in Ringul Certificatelor de emisii CO2 al BRM
Pasul 3. Constituiti garantia de participare sau faceti o cerere de realocare din sumele existente

For foreign partners:
in order to be able to participate to tenders on BRM CO2 market the client must register and sign a contract, also, have to send below documents to us:
STEP 1: Registration: send the following documents:
- Collaboration Agreement.doc signed
- Copy of certificate of incorporation and Articles of association;
- The proof of owning a European account for allowances
- Description of business activity or website address;
- List of directors and shareholders (including ultimate beneficiary owner);
- Copies or VAT certificate and Tax Number certificate
- Reference from the bank where company holds its account
- The last audited financial statements
After registration the client can participate to any auction on BRM Market.
STEP 2 : Send an order to buy or sell or just respond to our orders published by www.disponibil.ro
STEP 3: Send the proper amount of guarantee for specific order or make a request to reuse your existing deposit.
