RCE organizes the course Public Acquisitions Expert

The Romanian Commodities Exchange (RCE), through its educational division, RCE Business Consulting, organizes in the period December 13-15, 2007 at its headquarters from Piata Presei Libere, no. 1, sector 1, Bucharest, the refresher course “Public Acquisitions Expert”.

The course addresses to the contracting authorities that perform public acquisitions, to the sale specialists within the commercial companies that participate at the public acquisitions procedures. The course also addresses to the private companies’ beneficiary of the European founds, obliged to perform their public acquisitions according to the legislation into force from the public acquisitions field. The approached thematic treats the assembly of processes that is involved in a public acquisition, from the resources planning until finalizing the unrolling of the public acquisition contracts.

His course has a pronounced practice character, benefiting of not only the trainers that are specialists in the exchange and public acquisition fields, but also of the experience of the guests that are national experts recognized in public acquisitions regulations. 

Through the promoting of the exam from the end of the course, the Graduation Certificate is released for the occupation of “Public Acquisition Expert” recognized by the Work and Social Solidarity Minister and the Education and Examination Minister.

RCE has more than 10 years of experience in the procurement and sale-performing field. In this period, he organized over 8,500 procedures for more than 500 contracting authorities, at which over 8,000 bidders participated. Were recorded over 150 contests from which for 15 were instated legal proceedings but any of the process was lost.
