• Balancing and Access Contract to the Virtual Trading Point (VTP) concluded with SNTGN Transgaz S.A.;

• License issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority (A.N.R.E.);

Registration – Application Documents:

• Participation Agreement for the energy markets administered by BRM;

• Compensating Member Agreement;

• Agreement for data reporting to REMIT;

• Unique Registration Certificate;

Market Access – Participant’s Legal Representative:

• Power of Attorney for the authorized individuals;

Trading Access – Collateral Requirements:

• Signing of a Direct Debit Mandate in favor of BRM;

• List of banks participating in the SEPA direct debit settlement scheme;

• BRM account for preparing the mandate – IBAN: RO64 RNCB 0082 0009 9180 0001;

Deposit of collaterals may be made as follows:

• Cash – IBAN: RO50 RNCB 0082 0009 9180 0641;

• Bank Guarantee Letter (approved by BCR and transmitted via SWIFT message);

• Escrow Account (opened at BCR in favor of BRM);

Post-Trading – Financial Settlement and Physical Nominations:

• Financial settlement is performed by BRM through the counterparty mechanism;

• Physical nominations are carried out by BRM and transmitted to the Transmission System Operator (TSO).
